From foundational rhythm section training to collegiate leadership fellowships, our programs equip young female musicians with the technique, stage experience, and community to excel in jazz.
Middle School Foundations
A welcoming ensemble setting focused on developing ear training, core rhythm section fundamentals, and entry-level swing repertoire. Students build personal confidence and ensemble listening skills under experienced mentors.

- Rhythm section timekeeping & groove fundamentals
- Standard blues and jazz standard repertoire
- Introductory soloing and blues scale fluency
High School Combo Performance
Intensive small-combo workshops diving deep into modal improvisation, chord substitution, charting, and live stage dynamics. Participants prepare for regional festivals, jam sessions, and studio showcases.

Collegiate Leadership Fellowships
An advanced fellowship combining student conducting, sectional coaching for younger tiers, community clinics, and direct mentorship from touring female jazz professionals and educators.
